offpunk (3.1-3) unstable; urgency=medium

Starting with offpunk 3.1-3, several Python modules recommended by the
package have been demoted to suggestions. This may result into
optional dependencies being marked for autoremoval, if no further
package depends on, or recommends, them. It is recommended to review
the feature set, using offpunk's command "version", to identify which
modules could be needed or have been dropped, and mark the
corresponding Python packages as manually installed, using for
  instance `apt-mark manual` or `apt install`.

The discussion is available on offpunk-packagers[1] for further
details on the rationale about the reorganisation of packages
  dependencies.
